Honjo International Scholarship Foundation invites international students to apply and attend Japanese university graduate school from 1^st of April 2015. The Foundation will award 15 to 20 scholarships to the chosen grantees. This scholarship is awarded for the shortest possible period needed to complete your degree. Getting the scholarship you will have to choose the period and the amount that you will receive as set: ¥200,000 monthly for 1 or 2 years period; ¥180,000 monthly for 3 years and ¥150,000 monthly for 4 or 5 years. You have the freedom to study any course as long as it is available in university in Japan. You may apply from September 1^st to November 30^th, 2014.

The requirements to get this aid are:

1. To be registered for attending and to have been accepted in Japanese graduate school and not to posses Japanese citizenship. The attending should start after 1^st of April 2015.
2. To have exemplary behavior and academic achievements.
3. To need this financial aid due to extenuating financial circumstances.
4. You must provide the following documents: a letter of admission, a certificate of enrollment or a letter proving that you have been accepted in the school.
5. If you apply for PhD you must be born after 31^st of March 1979 and for Master degree – after 31^st of March 1984.
6. You should be able to carry conversation in Japanese (the interview itself will be in Japanese).
7. You will have to provide committee that you will be able to secure job after graduation from the school in your own country. Guaranteed employment is not required, also you don’t need to get back immediately but you have to have strong will to get back after your study is over.
8. You should have deep understanding of goodwill and international friendship and you will have to attend the foundation’s events and to take part in its network as alumni.

To apply for the scholarship you need first to register in the foundation’s website: http://www.hisf.or.jp/english/index.html and to get an application number. Write the number in the application form and send it via e-mail to the Administration Office, accompanied with resume, scholarship application form and personal information form, letter of recommendation from your professor, letter of admission or certificate of enrollment, research plan (schedule from the start till the graduation; future goals and plans; description of your research and of past researches if conducted before) and academic transcript (from your undergraduate course and any other courses you have taken or you are taking in the moment).

All documents should be in English or Japanese, other languages won’t be accepted.

HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management gives you an opportunity to pursue your goals with scholarship of up to €15,000. The scholarship is awarder to students that apply for full-time Masters Program of HHL for the intakes in March 2015 and September 2015. The application deadlines are respectively January 2015 (for the March intake) and June 2015 (for September).

The HLL scholarship is available for persons pursuing Master degree in business. The University itself offers four scholarships. Applicants must have obtained or be in a process of obtaining first degree in business with result above the average (you need 180 ECTS credits at least). Another requirement is to have scored at least 650 points on GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test).

The successful applicant should demonstrate willingness for achieving of high goals, commitment to the area of sustainability and great leadership qualities. You are expected to show dedication to the HLL’s mission, to perform effective leadership and to have social responsibility. You should also be willing to enter in the Master Program in Management of HLL full-time. The scholarship will provide you with tuition waiver of up to €15,000.
