35 of the Best Scholarships Around the World for Women From Africa and Developing Countries Part 1

August 18th, 2015

Education is very valuable. In fact, it has often been cited as the best way to bring people, and entire nations out of poverty. Women, single mothers in particular, are particularly vulnerable to the effects of poverty. This is why Bursary.me is proud to list you some of the best scholarships available to women from developing countries around the world. This is because, of any group of people the ones who can most benefit from a university education are not only women, but women from developing countries. One of our goals is to ensure that as many people get the best education available as is possible. We need to do this by increasing such access to education. This needs to be done particularly to those who value it most, not only to close the educational gap, but also the wealth gap, and ultimately the gender gap. In this article, I hope to personally make steps towards increasing access to education while achieving these three noble goals, and allow people to reach their full potential. Below you will find the first part of our two part series featuring some of the best scholarships available to women from Africa and developing countries.
